i traced a stocking pattern onto a piece of computer paper,
cut it out and pinned it towards the top of a vintage christmas napkin
(to utilize the already stitched top edge)
i sewed the wrong sides together (inside out) with a zig-zag stitch,
turned it right side out,
made a cuff
i crocheted a little hook for hanging with cotton yarn
(2 rows wide, single-stitch)
embellished it with some vintage lace hand-sewn to the top and voila!
the cutest little stocking ornament for a certain little girl.
